Accommodation Guidelines
1. Breakfast is served in guest rooms from 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM.
2. The water dispenser is located on the first floor. The self-service laundry is situated on the 2nd floor.
3. To ensure you have an enjoyable stay at our hotel, our housekeepers will clean up any remaining breakfast when
servicing your room. If there is anything you would like to keep, please contact the front desk.
4. Check-out time is before 11:30 AM. Late check-out is subject to room availability and must be requested in advance. Additional fees are NT$450 per hour.
5. For guests who check out early due to personal reasons after check-in, the paid room charges will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
6. Additional pillows, blankets, and beds are limited in quantity.
7. Please carry valuable items with you or make good use of the in-room safe.
8. Smoking is prohibited within the hotel including guest rooms, balconies and bathrooms. Please use Smoking Area located
on the first floor. Evidence of smoking in rooms will result in a NT$5,000 cleaning fee.
9. To ensure the comfort of our hotel guests, pets are not allowed on the premises.
10. Please take care of all items and facilities in guest rooms. Do not move beds or sofas without authorization. The voltage
in guest rooms is 110 volts. Please use electrical appliances and sockets with caution. In case of any damage, the cost of
replacement will be charged accordingly.
11. Hotel provides free Wi-Fi access. If you need any assistance, please contact the front desk.
12. Quiet hours starts at 22:00 PM. Please lower the volume to avoid making noise or jumping in rooms. Visiting hours are
until 22:30 PM. Guests are required to provide identification for verification after 22:30 PM. If an overnight stay is
required, an additional fee will be charged.
13. Based on the occupancy rules for each room type, additional charges will apply for extra occupants. Please refer to the
"Additional Charges" for details. He-Jia Hotel reserves the right to make judgments and provide explanation.

Extra Person & Child Rate Policy
- Additional charge of NT$1000 for an extra single bed - provides amenities and breakfast. (Maximum of one extra bed is allowed per room.
- Additional charge of NT$600 for an additional adult (age 12 and above, considered as an adult) - provides amenities and breakfast.
- One child (aged 0–11, inclusive) may stay free of charge without amenities and breakfast. Only one child per room is allowed free of charge. Starting from the second child (within the 0–11 age range), an additional fee of NT$500 per person will be charged (includes amenities and breakfast).
Example: A double room is limited to 2 guests, and a quadruple room is limited to 4 guests. When adding children aged 0–11, the first child stays free, and a fee of NT$500 will apply to the second child.
Additional Charges
- Breakfast: NT$160 for children, NT$260 for adults.
- Baby crib rental: NT$300 per crib.
- Extra blanket: NT$100 per piece.
